Hoijob

Terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms apply to the use of Hoijob (hoijob.ch), operated by Luxa Energy LTD, Chrysanthou Mylona 1, PANAYIDES BUILDING, 2nd floor,Flat/Office 1, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: legal@hoijob.ch.

1. What Hoijob is

Hoijob is a writing and sending tool. It helps you find employers, draft motivation letters from facts you confirm, and send them from your own mailbox. Hoijob is not a placement or recruitment agency: it does not place candidates, does not act for employers, takes no fees from employers and does not promise replies, interviews or employment.

Paid plans are a fee for using the software. Hoijob never charges per contact, per application or per hire.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with Google or Microsoft. Keep access to that mailbox secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person.

3. You approve every email, and you are responsible for it

  • Nothing is sent automatically. Every email is approved by you before it is sent, from your own mailbox and in your name.
  • You are responsible for what you send: the facts in your letters must be true, and you must respect the law, your mailbox provider's terms and every employer that asks not to be contacted again.
  • Drafts are generated from your confirmed facts and may still contain mistakes. Read each letter before you approve it.
  • Hoijob enforces daily and weekly sending caps and a cool-down per employer, and does not send to addresses that objected.

4. Estimates, not advice

Salary figures, commute times, spam scores and deliverability verdicts are estimates to help you decide. They are not financial, legal or career advice, and they do not guarantee that an email arrives or is read.

5. Acceptable use

Use Hoijob only for your own job search. Do not use it to send bulk or unsolicited messages unrelated to your applications, to impersonate someone, or to access the service by automated means. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; while an account is suspended you cannot sign in, and no emails or scans run. We tell you why when we can.

6. Plans, prices and payment

  • Every account has the Free plan with monthly limits on emails sent, AI letters, scans and imports, and generated CVs. The current limits and prices are shown on the Plans page.
  • A subscription is paid monthly in advance and renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; it then ends at the end of the period already paid.
  • A pass is paid once, runs for the number of days shown when you buy it, and does not renew.
  • Prices are in Swiss francs and are the amounts you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, TWINT) or Revolut (Revolut Pay, card) under their terms.
  • Limits apply per period (the calendar month on the Free plan, otherwise the subscription period or the pass). Unused allowances do not carry over. Periods that have started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • We announce price changes for subscriptions at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before they apply.

7. Availability and changes

Hoijob is in private beta. We may change, pause or end features, and will tell you in good time before changes that affect you materially. You can stop using Hoijob at any time and ask us to delete your account.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, remains.

9. Data protection

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's seat (Cyprus), subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.
