Sie haben eine Bewerbung erhalten, die eine Privatperson mit Hilfe einer Software verfasst und aus ihrem eigenen E-Mail-Konto versandt hat. Die Software hat dafür die von Ihrem Unternehmen veröffentlichte Bewerbungsadresse verwendet.

• Verarbeitete Daten: Ihre veröffentlichte Bewerbungsadresse sowie der Inhalt Ihrer Antwort, damit die bewerbende Person den Verlauf ihrer Bewerbung nachvollziehen kann.
• Zweck: die einzelne Bewerbung dieser Person. Es findet keine Weitergabe an Dritte und keine Nutzung zu Werbezwecken statt.
• Speicherdauer: bis die bewerbende Person ihr Konto löscht, längstens 24 Monate nach der letzten Aktivität.
• Widerspruch: Antworten Sie der bewerbenden Person mit dem Hinweis, dass Sie keine weiteren Bewerbungen wünschen; Ihre Adresse wird dann nicht mehr angeschrieben. Sie erreichen ausserdem legal@hoijob.ch.

Information for recipients

You have received a job application that a private individual wrote with the help of software and sent from their own email account. The software used the application address your company has published.

• Data processed: your published application address and the content of your reply, so the applicant can follow the progress of their application.
• Purpose: this person’s individual application only. No sharing with third parties, no marketing.
• Retention: until the applicant deletes their account, at most 24 months after the last activity.
